Be sure to scroll down on the first link to read Dan B respose...

Again an interesting read. To me it seems Dan is in it for the long haul. Hope so.

I don't think anyone would argue with the author's assertion: "Borislow’s genius is as a marketer, Moffett said."

Note that Dan provided a reader comment to that article, referring to a "femtocell" they are "putting the finishing touches on."

I'm having a hard time imagining how a femtocell would work with MJ. What would connect to it? It sounds like he must be planning to allow wifi VOIP phones to access MJ through this thing which would be attached to a router. Unless he's planning on selling a proprietary wireless phone to use with it.

Still, I wish it was FEMBOTS :)

I think so too. You have to consider that he's not allowing an ordinary ATA device to allow any analog phone (when so many people have asked for it). Therefore, he must want some control and this wireless thing is probably not open to any wifi VOIP phone either. It's probably tied to wireless phones you have to buy from MJ.

I also liked this line from the article:
But Moffett is not examining the quality of Magic Jack’s service, only looking at its market success.
Kind of like of like how it's not the fall that kills you, it's hitting the ground.

Or that sudden stop at the end of the fall.........

I seem to remember a while back there was someone on here taking advance orders for a MJ wirless phone of some sort. I could be wrong but it seems to ring a bell in my brain. IF SO then this seems to confirm this latest tidbit and your thoughts..
