Magicfix does not complete its cycle. I get the green check marks until it comes to "Checking your magicjack" and then the little circle just keeps rolling without coming to completion

I don't have a problem with MagicFix.

Have you been able to get it up and running? If not can you give us some more information on your computer and OS. And what you have tried so far.
