For a company that suppose to have a contract in all 50 states as Dan said in that last interview. How come there ain't one number in West Virginia. Hell we only have one area code in the whole state. 304 There could possible lots of new customer is they would just do one West Virginia city. Until they do I won't push it to people. What they think West Virginia is part of Virginia like lots do.

There are no Kentucky or Indiana area codes yet. Hopefully 502 Area code with Louisville, KY prefix will come in 2008.

Longview is in Washington state, not Oregon. Area code 360 is a Washington state area code, covering north of Seattle area and south of Tacoma, WA

Couldn't agree more about the NM area code! Nearest decent-sized city to me with MJ area codes is in Arizona - several hundred miles away. I want MJ, for sure, but gollygeewhiz - people around here would not even take my calls if I called them using a Phoenix area code! I live in Elephant Butte, NM - (NMJAC - no MJ area code), which is 5 miles from Truth or Consequences, NM (NMJAC), 75 miles from Las Cruces, NM (NMJAC), 125 miles from Albuquerque, NM (NMJAC) and 125 miles from El Paso, TX (NMJAC). Help? This is a large state! How long must we wait?

To make matters even more complicated, NM has just been given a 2nd area code - 575 - for most of the southern and central portion of the state (which I would be in need of). Only the area up north around Albuquerque has the old 505 now. I notice all these cities MJ has added, but can't they just add 2 area codes for a large state that covers hundreds of cities under the 2 area codes?

Is there some kind of list available to be able to see what new area codes are soon to be added, and when they are scheduled to be added? That would be helpful, at least.

GC's webcall works great with Mj and has been heavily covered here in the forums. International calling doesn't work yet with either MJ or GC, AFAIK.

Still awaiting a Connecticut number.
There are 2 area codes in CT (203 & 860) but there are no CT numbers available since I joined and I think there should be at least one.

Are you aware that NM has 2 area codes now? I'm trying to get (waiting for) a MJ (575) area code number for the southern part of the state. Actually, Albuquerque is about the only major city that will still have the old (505) area code, and it is the only city listed as "pending". And even the (575) only has a Las Cruces prefix pending (75 miles from where I live).

Why don't you get a FREE GrandCentral (505) or (575) number, use that for your incoming number, have the incoming calls to your GC number forwarded to your current MJ number, and use a callerID spoofer on outgoing MJ calls that will show your callerID as the GC number to the person you're calling? Man, that was a long sentence!

It works great!!! I've been using GC for over a month using the callerID spoof.

GrandCentral works great with MagicJack. I have a GC phone number and forward it to my MJ number then put my GC number in the spoofing program.

If no one answered ur second part....No, no international number available yet....but if u wanna get hooked up with one there are many ways depending on where u need a number for. If u needa an Indian one don't bother asking.

Nothing against the people in states that have area codes and want more, but I think before they add more in them states
they should at least put 1 area code in every state. West Virginia and a few other states don't have none at magicjack and
some of the states like West Virginia only have the one areacode WV's is 304 for the whole state. Thanks

i got my magicjack 2 days ago. i was suprised to see a 3rd area code when i activated. qwest announced it just last week in the news and it don't kick in for another 2 months. basically we're getting an extra area code for the main population. and a soon to be mandatory 10 digit dial now instead of the common 7 didgit we've all grown up with.

my mj makes me dial 10 digitis. is that common with everyone or is it just me becuase that's going to be our new dialing system soon?

I was disappointed to find out after I received my order that there are no area codes for Canada.

Hey Canada, you aint alone buddy.. There are still a few states that are without area codes, WI was one that was pending, now, even the pending was removed. So I don't see that coming anytime soon. So don't feel bad and like you are left up there in the Cold.. Probably is cold there, We got problems here, too. Brrrr...

Yes, and with no Grandcentral invites my wife is about to kill me. I dropped our VOIP for MJ and told her we would get a WI number shortly (current area code = 815 and we live in 920)
