Had MJ for a week and love it. makes and receives calls great..Except for when my Mom and Dad call. There area code is the same as mine but their prefix is different. They can call other numbers in my prefix but not mine. Any ideas on how to fix?

This has been addressed elsewhere in the forum, so you should have found it as you read through before posting.
Your parents need to call their phone company and report that they cannot reach a certain phone number. Their phone company will then tell their engineers to implement the particular MAC that they had overlooked.
The Search button is your friend. Search for MAC and read through the postings.
