No softphone on laptop

I installed MagicJack on my desktop, running XP and everything worked fine.
Today I tried installing it in my laptop, running Vista. The mj lights up, but no softphone appears on screen. Phone has dialtone, but doesn't connect.

Dis you log in to your MJ account and download the Vista version of the software?
