Does anyone know the rate for international calling to Mexicali, Mexico???

Calls to Mexico are 9 cents per minute to landlines and 30 cents per minute to cell phones. The whole list of rates is here. This is discussed in several places here on the forum.

I call Mexico a lot as well. The least expensive way that I have found is a site called CallEasy. I buy credits with Paypal and then call one of their access numbers to call Mexico. It costs about 1.5 cents/minute for a landline or 12.5 cents for a cellphone. I even use it when in Mexico using my MagicJack to call the access number because its cheaper than making a local call.
