Everything has been doing fine now all of a sudden every call i make and recieve is choppy i mean really bad i did all the re booting and even took everything out and reinstalled with update still choppy any idea's

Everything has been doing fine now all of a sudden every call i make and recieve is choppy i mean really bad i did all the re booting and even took everything out and reinstalled with update still choppy any idea's

I went through a number of proxies today and it was bad everywhere except Cleveland (and maybe St. Louis). I just tried to use my MJ with the default Phoenix proxy and it was unusable.
