Been going on for a couple days. Can call out but when the phone rings, I answer it and it is silent. I can't hear caller...caller can't hear me. Been in chat for 2 hours now. Please help
Seems that is was my anti virus causing the problem.
Got into another chat session with a person named Charlin, very helpful and computer savy. Helped me figure it out
phone rings and then nothing (fixed)
