vista-soft phone - no incoming ring sound

Hi,

I am running MJ on Vista (sometimes with the usb dongle/sometimes - without) but either way, I don't get a ring. I see the incoming number pop up, but no sound. I often miss calls because of this.

Everything is fine..I use skype and i have no problems getting incoming calls/rings.

any pointers?
