Simple fix

Wasn't receiving calls...phone rang, but caller could not hear me. After several attempts to fix with online chat help, one 'higher level' rep. told me to format the mj drive. Lost all the contacts I had stored, but it works great. Never used the contact list anyway, so no big difference to me. I think this product is excellent and I wouldn't go back to regular landline phone ever.

The MJ drive is in 'Device Manager'.
