Lost the mj device can I recover account?

Ok I was one of the first few people to buy the MagicJack when it first came out. Not sure if they originally had people on a different system and my account had glitch during the move or what but even though my account had expire my Magicjack service was still working even after 6 months later. Well I lost my device is there a way I can recover my account info without having the device? I really hate to lose my account since it seems I possibly have an unlimited service account. I don't want to call tech support because they might correct the glitch.

I thought I read somewhere that I can run the magicjack software without the usb device attached. I'm wondering if this was a possible option. any one have any other ideas or suggestion on how to get my account info without device?

yeah go to radioshack buy a new one do NOT plug in your pc. contact MJ
tell them you lost yours now have a new one, then follow their directions.
they can progam the one you bought to work with old ph# as long as you
DO NOT plug it in before you contact MJ
