Recorded Greeting Muffled

I had a professional to record my personal greeting. It is muddy, fuzzy and muffled. 708-357-2449

I got 2 fixes that do not work.

1st. fix steps,
Click...My computer, properties, advanced, performance, settings, advance, processor scheduling, click background services & apply.

2nd. fix steps click run, type misconfig, and UN check cdloader2.

I need help to fix the recorded greeting.
