Does anybody knows how to unlock or reset the SPA2102 and how to configure it to be able to use it to my Magicjack ?
I appreciate your help.

If you google the internet for unlock 2102 there are many hits. Good luck.
When (if) you get unlocked, come back and take a look at the many posts that deal with configuring the spa/linksys family of devices.
