Volume/Headset control crashed PC

Hi,

I'm a new MJ user, and was searching this forum for advice, and I wanted to make sure I was on the external telephone option vs. the softphone, and I read about the Volume/Headset control in the right click menu on the MJ icon in the taskbar. I wanted to make sure it was for external phone only, and I selected the Headset/Other option button, to see where that takes me, and my computer immediately shut off and rebooted, and upon rebooting got the "Windows has recovered from a serious error" message. I tried getting the error info, but I never got it sent back to me in my browser. I don't have a headset or anything like that hooked in, however, it should not crash my PC. I have XP MCE 2005.
