File not found - handset not working

Windows xp pro sp2
when first installed get error message failed to copy oem.inf mjusbp
then when you restart it will begin to boot up
you get message: mjusbp/in00000/updateDevName/tjcom.inf
then click okay and it will go on and start up.

check under application data mjusbp - file is not there.

Handset will not work, then have to go into device manager
and there are no drivers installed for the composite usb device or the usb audio device - then roll back both drivers
go to task manager and delete the files for the magic jack under processes -
have talked with tech support many times as believe that the tjcom.inf is in connection to the composite usb device

If i unplug and use another usb port - then have to go back in and do it again.

Am able after about 10-15 minutes to get the hand set to work, but then the speakers do not work on the computer.

Was told engineer support would bet back by email with 48 hours - well it is almost a week now.

Asked for the install file to be emailed - they said that wasn't possible.

Have tried two units and they are both having the same problem.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. - have tried all the fix, update, reformat the drive letters, uninstalled,
