I can not get audio on my computer speakers. If i"m playing a downloaded song when I pick up the phone real quick before I hear the dial tone I can hear the song on the magicjack telephone briefly.I"m thinking it might be a setting somewere on my XP program. Can anyone help me with this?Thanks....Don

-Go to Control Panel.
-Click on Sounds and Audio Devices
-Click on the Audio tab.
-Select your primary sound card as default in both Sound playback and Sound recording.

That should fix the problem.

Kif Kroper,Thanks for your reply. When I go to audio tab it has "USB Internet Phone by Tigerjet" listed in both the sound playback and sound recording window. If I click on the arrow for the drop window there are no other options listed and I can"t even type anything into the window.Any idea on how I go about having that option?.....Thanks again...Don

bart53,

Try reinstalling your sound card drivers, it looks like somehow they were removed. After that, do what I said earlier and you should see the sound card listed in the drop-down box.

Another thought, check in the Device Manager, under Sound, Video and Game Controllers, to make sure your sound card did not get disabled for some reason.
