After a friend referred me to the Magic Jack product, I have to admit I was somewhat skeptical at first.
How could something so simple offer such a great deal at an affordable price?
I wound up seeing the MJ at a local Staples store in my area so I figured for $39.95 I'd give it a try, hell I've spent a lot more and gotten a lot less from other things.
After initially setting it up and getting a landline phone I was on my way the first day. The second day however the MJ had kicked out all of my settings and despite clicking the fix button on the call prompt (screen) it wouldn't work or pick up my number.
I called the customer service number and got IM help which was spot on and exactly what I needed.
I've now been using my MJ for a month and it's performed better than I expected. Already it's cut my cell phone bill in half (pre-paid) and I'm ahead of the game.
I've seen and read about other peoples problems on here but my experience has been quite the opposite. Personally I'd highly recommend MJ to anyone.
