Dear NG:

I have MJ and it works fine. If for some reason it stops working. Can I plug in a new MJ and register it with the former phone number?

I'll be using MJ as my primary phone service shortly and I don't want to have to change phone numbers should the unit burn out.

You must contact support BEFORE you plug in the new MJ if you want to keep your number.
