Micro$oft Tigerjet update from 2001

Post by mikemf56 »

Just installed Magicjack. I get severe echo from incoming calls only. I am determined to make this work. I noticed that there is a Micro$oft update for Tigerjet. It's 8 years old. Does the Magicjack automatically install the latest driver or should I install micro$ofts update.

Since I update my hardware drivers from manufacturers websites, like nvidia, I've noticed that microsoft doesn't seem to make any effort to keep up. I thought I'd ask about this tigerjet update, because, well you never know. Thanks for your reply

Try a different phone

I'm new to this too and had some issues that were resolved just by changing phones. I ended up with a cheap Uniden cordless phone ($14 at BigLots) that sounds great and no echoes. I also have a USB phone (Planet) that works well. Borrow a few phones and experiment.
