USB Internet Phone by Tigerjet

On a computer using Windows XP pro SP2, I can use MJ as a softphone only. Tigerjet prevents me from using my regular phone. In "menu, Volume/Headset Control, Telephone", usb Internet Phone by Tigerjet is greyed out. Therefore, there is no dial tone and my phone remains dead.

Can you help?

I had the same problem once,
I had to uninstall all the audio drivers, and once I rebooted, the system reinstalled them and it started to work.
