Hi-

I have unlocked the DTA310 Packet8 box, I am able to call out, can talk and the other end can hear me but I cannot hear. I have played with the router settings...Any suggestions...

I think the Packet8 is locked and cannot be fixed...tried all combinations...I get error updating the packet8 using the EXE or the Web Interface..
