magicjack only works with headset. plz help!

ok i got my magicjack to work but only with my head set when i try to use a cordless phone [uniden ex14560] my wireless network disconnects .on the screen it says pending ACK for 10 sec then that i need to connect to the internet. i thought it might be because my usp port was underpowered so i got a powered port as recomeded my MJ website but i still have the same problem. oh i dont know if it matters but i am using vista and a linksys wrt 160n router.

If your cordless phone is on 2.4 GHz, it is not compatible with a wireless network which is also on 2.4 GHz. They will interfere with each other.
