Magicjack is not working out side of USA like pakistan

i send magicjack to pakistan my friend install and conncet phone to computer but there is tone avalable but she canot make call ,after dail US number she had no sound, Please tell me what heppen with Magicjack ,whats a salution , any help in this metter ?

Hard to say, but my guess is that the MJ should have been registered and activated in the U.S. and then sent to your friend.

Does your friend have high speed internet access?
Is their PC running either XP or Vista?

Can they run the VOIP test at www.testyourvoip.com? What are the detailed results? (use the London destination for both tests)

Can your friend access www.myvoipspeed.visualware.com?
Run the test and post detailed results as to speed, packet loss and jitter and MOS score.

Any chance she is using a dial-up connection? I tried using my MJ on a dial-up and I got a dialtone and I could dial and make the destination phone ring, but neither end could hear any talking. Your symptoms sound similar.

Am outside US, activated my MJ outside of US, using my MJ outside US, am having no problem with my MJ.

Check your internet settings, ISP or firewall.
