Dilema: MJ worked fine for over a year, then just recently (perhaps this week) I was told that all calls to my MJ number result in a simple busy signal. This is true whether the MJ is plugged in and puter on, whether the puter is off, whether the puter is on and the MJ is not plugged in. Voicemal is never activated, and I can get no incoming calls.
I chatted with MJ support, who "refreshed" my number, and nothing changed. This is very serious for me, as I now rely on this number as an alternate for business contacts.
PS I refreshed my VM (new message etc) and can acces my VM from the MJ window using the "vmail" button, but if I call into my MJ number, all I get is a busy signal
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
