Just my two cents worth

Sorry I meant for this to be added to the Caller ID Spoof thread, please feel free to move it.

I added all of the following to my host file:

127.0.0.1 proxy1.atlanta.talk4free.com

127.0.0.1 proxy1.baltimore.talk4free.com

and now if any of the proxys go down, at least i have them all in there and then all i need to do is change the numeric proxy address on the spoofer to another proxy, restart my MJ and i am good to go.

I wonder though if it would be possible for someone to redesign the spoofer to be updated with a drop down list of proxys to choose from? Here is a start....

proxy1.atlanta.talk4free.com 67.90.138.70

Just to let you know, when I checked all these about 6 weeks ago using MJ, not all worked with MJ. I've been surprised to also discover that the one in my city doesn't connect was well as one two states away.
This is a very handy list to have when ever MJ goes down and you're using the spoofer.
Just drop a different proxy in, and away you go back to talking!

Good job posting the list.
Not sure why I never got around to it.

I honestly have not checked them all either, my assumption is that eventually all of them will one day work, but in the mean time i just found it easier to have them all placed in the host file so i do not have to continue changing it, as that was a continuous pain in the A**, now i can just change the numeric proxy on the spoofer. I still wish though that someone would add the numeric proxys as a drop down list to the spoofer. That would make it so much easier than having to open up my list in a sperate program and and copying and pasting.

I requested the same thing a while back.
I think it's the old adage,"If it ain't broke, don't fix it!"
Big props out to the guys who did put in the time to put it all together.
It's a huge help!

Make sure to test all the new proxies to ensure that the still spoof.. Some of these will work but don't provide spoofing. I am a newbie but trying to catch up on all the posts so if this has been said before ignore it.

I added all of the following to my host file:

127.0.0.1 proxy1.atlanta.talk4free.com
127.0.0.1 proxy1.austin.talk4free.com
127.0.0.1 proxy1.baltimore.talk4free.com
....
I would suggest adding all of them to your HOSTS file with the IP addresses, like this:

127.0.0.1 proxy1.nashville.talk4free.com #67.90.152.70
127.0.0.1 proxy1.atlanta.talk4free.com #67.90.138.70
127.0.0.1 proxy1.austin.talk4free.com #67.107.82.70
127.0.0.1 proxy1.baltimore.talk4free.com #67.111.250.134
127.0.0.1 proxy1.boston.talk4free.com #67.91.233.134

127.0.0.1 proxy1.saltlakecity.talk4free.com #67.108.236.70
127.0.0.1 proxy1.sandiego.talk4free.com #67.111.81.6

127.0.0.1 proxy1.washington.talk4free.com #67.90.177.70

This way, if spoofing quits working, or the proxy goes down temporarily, you can just go to your HOSTS file to find another proxy and get the IP # that you will then enter into the spoofing program.

The # sign denotes a Remark (Comment) in the HOSTS file. Everything after the # is ignored by HOSTS, but the info will be there if you need to change your proxy in the spoofing program.
