Setting Proccessor Scheduling to Background Services???

Just did this and my sound quality sounds a little bit better not as much stutter is it my imagination has anybody else done this, any downside to using this setting?????

It would be better to set the priority for magicJack.exe to High (or realtime). See the wiki FAQ for more info.

The problem with setting all background services to higher priority is that you're giving priority to more than just MJ. If you have something like an antivirus or firewall running they will still compete with MJ.
