TC Slow To Answer Calls

I updated my T5710 800mhz, 1gb ram, 2gb tanscend dom, all xp tricks, usb power settings that i could find, (xp SP3) and it still takes 2-3 seconds from when I pick up the phone for it to actually pick up. I can hear the phone ring sound when I answer, and cannot hear voice for 2-3 seconds. I have done a bunch of digging, any ideas?
