no input/output devices found - fresh reboot only works

Hi all

Been using the magicjack for over a year now.
Lately (the past month or so) the magicjack frequently stops working. I have to reboot the server every day.

If I do a fresh reboot on the server it works.

If I attempt to restart magicjack I get the "no output/input devices found" error. Even right on a fresh reboot.

The only thing that gets it working again is a reboot again.

I already moved the magicjack to a powered USB hub and disabled power saving on the USB root hub via device manager.

It's annoying because it worked fine.

I did notice one thing - if I replug in the magicjack it seems to bring up the Realtek HD audio control panel.

Any suggestions? Everything worked fine until a few months ago.
