My majicjack doesn't start on a new computer

Hi everyone,

Weird,
My father got a new computer and the technician copied stuff from the old computer and apparently copied some staff related to the majicjack.
My father tried to plug the majicjack and nothing happened.
He tried on a different computer and the majicjack is working fine.

What could be wrong?
Is there any location I need to look in?
Could the installation break due to existence of files ion the system?
Are there any registry values I should look into?

I will appreciate any help.

You don't have to copy the files from the old computer to the new one. Download and run this:
http://upgrades.talk4free.com/upgrade/2 ... pgrade.exe

I did this to two computers and they both work.

Something is a mess there and I don't know what it is.

Is there a tool fo wiping out any reminders of an old installation so a new installation can take place?
If there is no tool does anyone have manual instructions for that?
