First let me say that I am so glad to see this forum is still up and buzzing! I haven't been here in awhile, and it's good to see it so active!. I was getting crazy working so hard on each new idea to have it all wiped out with an upgrade.
I have a problem I don't see via search, so I'm hoping someone will help me. The usb plug on my mj broke off. I have another mj that is whole,. and the service was not renewed. I would like to put the remaining service from the broken mj onto the non-broken one without service.
I have chatted for days, and they keep telling me it will be transferred in 24 hours, every 24 hours. Same bs, they have proceedures that need to be followed, only engineering can do the transfer, yada,yada yada. Now they just disconnect me. I have paid for the service, gave them the credit card info, it is all verified. I have no idea why they can't just swap the end dates of the two accounts.
So, does anyone know if I can swap the credentials? I have a copy of the file from the broken one from when I used it without the dongle, but it no longer works alone since the upgrade.
I use the mj as my at home business line, and my cell phone bill is becoming ridiculous. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
