MJ hangs up after 30 seconds on incoming call

Magicjack hangs up incoming calls only after 30 seconds. An outgoing call lasts as long as you want. I spent 3 hours online with support, rebooted computer, ran upgrade, reformatted magicjack disk, tried different computer, port forwarded router, all to no avail. Any suggestions as this is my home phone now and I am taking much heat from spouse.

It could be your router. I have heard of MANY problems like yours with, especially, linksys routers. There is a bug in their firmware. If you do a search of this forum for Tomato, you will see the info you need.
