My MJ just died

I just renewed my contract and the MJ died. The blue light is on, but it won't load. Nothing has changed, it just stopped. Can not find a live person at MJ to save my soul. What do we do now?

Tried to load upgrade 3 and it can't find the MJ, says its not plugged in. Tried all USB ports, same thing. Any one got an idea?

Test MJ dongle on another computer if you can,also try a replacement for the short USB cable or don't use it at all.

Replacing the USB cable and clicking on the desktop icon fixed mine the last time it messed up.

agree, I rebooted my computer and mine died too, is magicjack down or something just try's to boot and won't sign in,tried with and without extra cord and also 3 different computers,won't sign in.

tried formatting it,also removed it completely from my system.Also spend hours with the online tech support. Nothing worked,stuck on the splash screen but now also since formatted it nothing in that folder and doesn't show the majicjack icon there,shows a box that says phone an thats it.

After reformatting, did you go to the MJ web site and install the update? This should reload the software into those folders.

Try disabling your cdrom in device driver. Replug MJ. I know you don't want to live without your drom, but this could help isolate the problem. You might have a new driver lfor the cdrom loaded, or update to the buring software etc.

I use CD Burn XP but magic jack will not work while I am using this program. (Mom can wait for a few minutes).
