ATA rings and MJ goes to Voicemail at the same time

Hello all, I am having this weird problem I am not sure if any one else faced., I am running MJPROXY with an ATA my problem is my ATA is registering successfully., But when i place a call its going to voicemail and it is also ringing my ATA., I am able to place outgoing calls without any issues. But only incoming calls have this issue. I have 2 lines and the first one is working fine,. I have problem with only this line.

Can anyone please tell me why this is happening to me
