MagicJack Upgrade

I'm new here and this is my first post. I joined this forum to learn how to fix my phone better. I have a few questions for the community:

Where is the best source for upgrade information or fixes to common magicjack problems? This Form or the official magicjack upgrade site www.magicjackupgrade.com ?

I'm not sure if it's an issue with MagicJacks Spy-Ware or the advertisements, but my phone just doesn't seem to ever work.

HERE by far, not even close. You will learn more here than anywhere else.
I read this site close to a year before I bought my MJ in Aug 2008.......
As far as the spyware??? Nahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh not that I have seen anyway.

They didnt even spell Copyright correctly

Registrant information also yields bogus information
which is a violation of ICANN domain registration rules
