Magic Jack doesn't dial!

I installed the Magic Jack, but it won't dial.

I see at the top of the Magic Jack program:

magicJack -000-000-0000

I did select a local phone number when I registered.

I dial a number, I see it on the Magic Jack program, but it doesn't dial ...nothing happens.

Multiple reboots, un-plugs ("wait 20 seconds"), and even adding DNS servers.

I created a "ALL" rule in Little Snitch for all servers, all ports.

I ran the upgrade DMP program.

What gives?

Did I not wait long enough after I registered?

Does it take 3 - 24 hours or something for it to work?

The Magic Jack "support" folks said everything should work after they "refreshed the settings on their end".

Sigh....

Any suggestions?
