There are so many problems asociated with this I don't know where to start. On the phone (strike that) keyboard, for over 4 hours with 2 bozos and 2 supervising bozos who could not explain to me one simple question: how can I make my ougoing message even somewhat legible. I could hear it from my usb combo mic/headset but the phone I called in from could hear nothing. I too, want to hear how to delete the announcements because I may have used some 4 letter expletives in some of my more frustrating announcements.
Pretty cool idea if you are the kind of person who also embraces vista over xp.
