One of my MJs works fine with headset. Doesnt work when I switch to telephone. Smartphone says its ready to use but when I pick up phone there is no dial tone. I can still place a call dialing on smartphone. The called person hears his phone ring but cannot hear a word I say nor I hear him.
On same computer and using same telephone, another MJ unit works perfect.
I have tried changing computer, changing telephone, played with settings, upgrades, another USB (no extension chord)... all I can think of.
2 magicjacks. 1 perfect, the other not so much
