Proactive Event Marketing - magicJack Wholesale Distributor

I contacted Proactive Event Marketing, the official magicJack wholesale (reseller) distributor to become a reseller. When I asked about advertising the product online they said absolutely not, no websites are currently being approved. But big retailers and some smaller ones do sell magicJack on the web.

Proactive's policy seems to be inconsistent or worse. Guess you can do online business with them if you sell enough jacks or know the right person. Don't know, just think'n. Anyone have experience with distributing magicjacks?
