No voice mail indicator

Got a MJ today. I can make and receive calls just fine. The problem I am having is that the VMAIL button on the MJ app does not turn green when someone leaves voicemail. I do get the voicemail in email, but the voicemail indicator is not working. Tech support reset my VM, but still no luck. Any ideas?

I've searched and searched and never found the answer to that question either. I think what you have to do is just look at the "Call Log" and see if you've missed any calls.
