MagicJack crashes

I plug in my magicjack and when I try to execute the program, it'll load up and I am able to see the magicjack main screen, then all of a sudden it crashes while it says "please wait"

crab321, You shouldn't have to "execute the program" it should load on it's own. Boot up with MJ pluged in and just let it go through it's startup sequence. It takes a minute or so. -Kevn N.
