My MJ was working great on my VISTA laptop. I had to use my XP laptop recently and connected MJ to the XP machine. I got a message at the end of the install to the effect of Congratulations, you have been upgraded...
or some such message.
After that, MJ voice quality on the VISTA machine was Terrible.
I tried all of the recommended solutions, worked with Tech Suppt... but nothing worked. So I went back to Radio Shack (unit was less that 30 days old) and they swapped it out for me. The replacement works fine, but now I am reluctant to use in on my XP machine.
Anyone got some good ideas?
