I have a problem

When I block my proxy server now I can make calls just fine but not receive any. The calls go straight to MJ's voicemail. If I unblock my primary server I can receive calls just fine. Is MJ starting to block people now from getting off their over sold servers? Also does anyone know of a fix for this because the Atlanta server has always been terrible for me.

I have blocked all but one server and it works on one. I tried switching to another but the calls go to voicemail. I can use two servers now the Atlanta server my MJ is set for or the Washington server but only if all the other servers are blocked. I might try different servers one at a time this weekend to see if any others work. I don't know if this is an MJ thing or an isp thing any thoughts?
