Okay so since their personal support is next to useless and annoying as all get out I'm gonna try you guys ^^.
Magic Jack used to start automatically and run just fine for about a month, i reformatted and got it working again then all of a sudden after a restart it came up and never completely loaded just stayed on the splash screen, I've tried many things and to no avail cause it still doesn't work. The funny thing is my phone has a dial tone but won't work so I'm guessing i need to fix it soon since it is unfortunately my business line.
Thanks in Advance
Stuck on Splash Screen

While I don't have a fix for your problem, I don't think the dial tone is significant of anything. I keep my MJ plugged into the USB port, but I disabled the softphone from starting up automatically and the connected phone always has a dial tone.
BTW, when you say you have done many things to fix your problem, you may want to mention exactly what those things are, so folks helping you out won't assume things incorrectly.

no, i mean in installed a virus protection but it worked when i had it and then it stopped when i had it...thought maybe it was some kind of update that was blocking it so i uninstalled it and still no magic jack.
I only have one HD no slaves.....i havn't done anything to regedit to effect the magic jack other then what thier people told me to do.

I fixed it, and not sure what but here is what i did..in order
Closed FireWall
Closed AnitVirus
Unplugged
Delete From DiskDrives and CD-Rom under Device Manager
Restarted
Went into control panel, and disabled my internet pop up blocker (NOT SURE WHY)
Plugged it into A DIFFERENT USB slot
Interupted it with upgrade
When to run, Application Data, Ug00000, Setup and Tada that is what fixed it
Hope this helps someone in the near future.
