Caller ID not working

I have my MagicJack hooked up to my windows XP home edition desktop and the computer interface works like normal. I have it hooked up directly to my phone and the phone works for everything except my Caller ID on the phone. Does anyone have any idea on how to fix this?

Look at the sticky threads at the top of the technical support forum. There's all the information there to get the caller id working on your phone.
