I changed my area code yesterday from 714 to 949....logged into magic Jack today only to find out my area code is now 818!!!
Logged into tech chat and spoke to a tech named RAM. Tells me he can't change it even though it was their screw up.
Essentially told me to go pound sand even though it was their mistake!
I'm through with MagicJack...this was the final F***up for me!!!!
What a joke.
