For the most part MJ seems to be working great (only had it a week ???) but I have had problems with calls from a friend in England. Is there any reason why a specific number from over seas might not work? How should I address this problem, I contacted support and they did some kind of "reset" on their end.

i have several siblings in UK, just spoked to one of my bros for 30mins never had any issues. btw my bro is in england

There should probably be a number slightly less than 100%, since even my cell phone locks up on me occasionally, thanks to Windows Mobile, or drops the call once in a while, for no apparent reason. But, for all practical purposes, my MJ is pretty close to 100%.

Same here, pretty much 100% for over a yr now ( NOT counting the beeping issue) Had that continued I would NOT have renewed this past Aug, or I would have had to thought long and hard about renewing. I did have a workaround, but not the same as just using my MJ...

dunno what more details, my MJ is on a TC 5710, i really don't do nothing special to it to make it work, have called UK, France, Rwanda, Gambia and all kinds of places without an issue, i guess MJ is a hit and miss for some people.


some people seem to get great service and others continue to be mired in terrible service.
