MJ rings but I can Hear nothing (2009-Sept. 23th)

Hello Specialists,

i Have a problem using my MJ. After installation the hardware, i rang up with my mobile phone the MJ-Number to test the line.

MJ rings, when I accept the call... i hear nothing...

Is there a Problem currently at the MJ-Service ??

I am having the same problem, started about 2 weeks ago, about 50% of the time the phone rings but the line is dead. I have been on with MJ 2nd line support for 4 days. They finally gave up and submitted a report to their " Engineers" I am supposed to get an email from them in 24 to 48 hours with the "resolution" I'll post it as soon as I get it.

Same thing here. Cll, hear nothing... this has ben happening for the past 2 weeeks or so.

i called a company that required a verbal response from me. i kept repeating it but the bot couldn't hear me. the touch tones worked however.

I just had this fixed.

I had exact same thing going on for weeks. I have to waste a lot of my cell phone minutes to receive calls.

I chated with tech support for several times, at last last night one of them fixed my problem.

It is your dial pad's speaker volumn, it goes to the lowest. I adjusted it to 1/3, it works now.

Please try to se if that will fix your problems.

I have had similar problems for 48 hours. Calls come in and when I try to answer them I hear nothing. My callers tell me they don't even hear the phone ringing on their end. Spent 5 hours with tech support 2 separate days with no fix
