MJ Static when using Handset ONLY

I see that MJ static is not uncommon but I also see no clear cut solutions from my searches online. Here is my situation I am running MJ on a dedicated quad core PC with nothing else running on it my bandwidth is near 100MB so speed is not an issue. When I use MJ with Headphones and a Mic it is PERFECT. Clear as a bell. Then there is the attached telephone I get static almost all the time and at times it's so bad that I have to switch to the headphones to keep the call going. I even hear the static when the phone is plugged into the MJ but MJ service is not running. I changed phones, cables I put ferite blocks on the phone cord I even took the MJ apart to look for bad solder points to no avail. I was wondering if others are seeing the same issue and if there is a solution that would make the deskphone usable?
