A recent example (9-27-09)

Ken from Texas spent two hours on the phone with support on Thursday the 25th.
The next day he spent over 5 hours on the phone with support and got so messed up that he had to use System Restore on his computer.

He contacted me through email and I asked him to call me Saturday afternoon.
He called me from his cell phone.....and following my instructions his Magic Jack was running in a matter of minutes.

Actually this is partially true. I was able to call him on his magicjack using my magicjack, but I still am having troubles when someone calls me from a regular phone or I try to call someone on a regular phone. As long as everyone I contact has a magicjack phone, I am ok. I spoke with mj technical support and they admitted that they are aware of the problem that we are having in San Antonio and their engineers are working on it. Unfortuanately when someone from area code 210 chats with them about the problem I am experiencing, they have you go through unnecessary hoops that do nothing to correct the problem and waste many hours.
