Having troubles calling out. Alabama (205) AC

After looking at the Pros and Cons of Magicjack for a month, yesterday, I decided to go for it. It was an easy set up and within five minutes I was using the phone. I dialed my cell phone and though there was a little delay on the line, it worked pretty well.

Now we get to today. I am at work. I can call home without issue but my wife cannot call out. Both my wife and my cell phone show the call as connected but we cannot hear each other. There is dead silence on each end.

Has anyone experienced this and if so is this something that can be easily resolved? My guess would be that this is an issue with the service and not the hardware.

I have been having the same exact problem for over a week and 15+ chats later, a new A/C powered USB hub and still have the same problem.

Since I bought it from Walmart and not them directly, they will not process a replacement! What ever happened to a manufacturer's warranty (return windows is up..)!?

Please go onto the tech chat and let them know about this problem since I think it is a MJ problem, not a local problem!

I think this is on MJ's side as well.. mine has been working perfectly since I set up QoS on my router and now all of the sudden I'm having the same problems they you (and a bunch of others) are describing.
